This is the second time I have shipped a car cross country. The first time was an enormous hassle. This time, things couldn't have gone smoother. I had done quite a bit of reserach and got a number of quotes, but in the end I decided to go with Cascade based on customer reviews, and I am glad I did. Malia was great!

I got a quote back within a day and while they followed up, I didn't feel pressured. Malia answered my questions and was always available and responsive. She checked in even after the car was picked up to confirm details. The car was picked up within 5 days of me finalizing my order and delivered cross country in 4 days.

Fast and simple. I would definitely use Cascade again if I have to ship an auto.
