We shipped two cars, enclosed transport, from St. Louis to New Mexico with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. The customer service was outstanding. The phones are answered by real people- no phone service- and the representatives are fast, knowledgable, and efficient. We were really nervous about shipping our vehicles, but Debbie and the rest of the team really made us feel that we could trust them and we weren't disappointed.

The vehicles were picked up in a timely manner (within a 72 hr window of our selected day) and arrived on-time and intact.

We would definitely use Cascade Shipping again.
