Due to purchasing a boat across the country there were pauses in transactions, all the while Mike would touch base and get status updates. This is the primary reason for using Cascade transport, excellent customer service up front without a dime being paid and the service did not stop even after the boat was sitting in my garage. I will use Cascade transport again and will recomend them with high regard. For a transport service and a rep that does not play games call Mike 360-975-3158.
