Kim is great. She does what she says she will do and works until it is done. She has great follow up. Kim always wants to be sure that everything is going OK even when it is on her own time. We moved a car on a Holiday weekend and Kim was still emailing me to make sure we were picked up and that we heard from the driver for delivery. She also contacted the dispatcher to get an update on the pick up time. It was a Saturday and she was still making sure that we were taken care of properly. When i look for a service company this is exactly what i would want and expect.Kim also shops the best price for me every year. I know i can count on her to get me the best available deal.I don't feel I have to shop and compare prices because Kim has already done that.She takes a lot of presssure off of me because i know she will handle the entire process. I always come back to Kim twice per year for our car transport. She is the best!
