We searched the brokers available with prices and promises all over the map. This is quite a confusing process with brokers everywhere, I'm sure some operating from a small room in their basement. We looked at the reviews on your website and picked a broker mostly based on their ratings given by past customers and their location by city and state. Cascade price was not the lowest but price was not the deciding factor. The service was great. Our order number with Cascade was 6369278. There were several informational calls regarding the status and progression of the transport of the car. There was a minor delay in the move and Mike at Cascade communicated directly with the transportation company and kept me updated. Easy move, would recommend Cascade and Mike. If I shipped another car I would use Cascade and ask to work with Mike.
