Good Broker Company, Bad carrier choice.

As the subject says, the people I dealt with at Cascade, mainly Don Edwards, were very knowledgeable and friendly about informing me on this whole process. This was the first time I had shipped a car and knew almost nothing of what truly went on behind the scenes of my quoted price. I didn't realize shipping was going to be so high however I needed it done and I preferably needed it done fast. For the price I paid, I expected a speedy service. This wasn't totally Cascade's fault for the carrier being incompetent about dates and times but at least Cascade was on my side when the carrier kept causing me more and more problems and grief. I hope they realize to go with a better carrier in the future and not one that causes hassle on those of us who might be out of town for car pickup from the originating location should they be late. In the end it was all worked out and I have my car and am able to work again.
