I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USING CASCADE VEHICLE SHIPPING!! I APPLIED ON LINE ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND HAD A CALL FROM DON @ CASCADE BEFORE 7:30 AM MONDAY MORNING. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS VERY THOROUGHLY. THREE DAYS LATER HE HAD LOCATED A TRUCKING SERVICES TO PICK UP MY JEEP IN ILLINOIS. BILL@ NW SPECIALIZED TRUCKING PICKED UP VEHICLE ON TUESDAY THE 19TH AND IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME ON MONDAY 9/26. DON HAD GIVEN ME HIS NUMBER AND BILL'S AND TO CALL EITHER ONE TO CHECK LOCATION OR IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. BEFORE TAKING MY JEEP OFF THE TRAILER, BILL OFFERED TO AIR UP A LOW TIRE AND HE MADE SURE THE OTHER 3 HAD ENOUGH PRESSURE TOO! THANKS TO BOTH CASCADE AND NW FOR THEIR GREAT SERVICE !!!
