Vehicle was picked up 1 day early and delivered 3 days early. coordination with the company and James was great, he called frequently to make sure everything was satisfactory. the only issue was that the back tail light had been broken in transit, but the the driver took $50 off the cost, so that was ok. other than that the car was delivered early and in good shape. for a cross country shipping of a vehicle it turned out better than expected so i was very satisfied with the service, i would go back to Cascade again.
