I didn't believe that car shipping was that easy. I called up cascade and James was the person who handled my order. The price is decent and the service i got was excellent. James called me regularly from the time i initiated the shipping till the car arrived safely in california. The truck driver was on time to pickup the car and he delivered as per the time & date they assured me. There were no damages in the car except dirt all over the car.

I shipped my car from NJ to CA. While shipping i forgot to take out my NJ EZPass device from my windshield. En route to CA, i was charged almost 175$ as toll fee :(. To reimburse that, i was asked to submit the copies of all toll receipts that was paid by the truck driver. I called them couple of times to get the same but haven't heard back from the truck company.

Before you ship your car please remove your toll pass device to avoid this hassle.

But the shipping was pretty good and James was very helpful and friendly.
