My experience was pretty good with Cascade Vehicles Shipping. I was told upfront what the process was, what part of the fee goes to the broker and what part goes to the driver, and I was told all about the truck brokering process. Richard was polite and friendly throughout the whole process. The car was picked up on the day that we wanted it to be and delivered promptly without damage.

However, I was a little disappointed with their service. I was quoted a lower price by another company which clearly told me that they had lower brokerage fees. I was going to try to go with them, but Richard told me that he thought there was a pretty good chance I would be able to get the same price with Cascade. Based on this recommendation, I went with Cascade. However, I didn't receive any updates until I had to call in 2 days before my vehicle availability date, and at that point he told me that they weren't getting any bites. I ended up paying $150 more than the quoted price.

I understand that the final price is beyond their control, but I would have appreciated more accuracy about what my chances were to get the price quoted and more promptness for telling me what the status of the bidding process was. I don't question that they didn't work hard to get that price or Richard's genuineness, but accuracy and follow-up can be improved.

I am glad we could get your car delivered from CA to TX in 4 days and picked up and delivered on the days you wanted. As to the price you are right we can't always control them. Turns out our original quote was closer than the other companies. Your business is always appreciated at Cascade Vehicle Shipping!
