Our original driver stood us up twice, then finally showed up after we canceled our order and re-listed our vehicle; however, Richard was diligent in keeping us up to date on the developments of our order and persistent in contacting both myself, the vehicle owner, and the driver. He corrected the situation with professionalism, quality, and speed. Richard kept us informed through out the entire process and kept a calm and friendly tone throughout all of our transaction process. Our driver, Joe, was also very helpful in keeping us in the loop about the whens and wheres of our order once he picked up our vehicle. He was very friendly and professional in person, too. Despite the hic-up in the beginning, I would recommend these services to a friend or family member. We are very satisfied.
