I was a little nervous about the process, but Jordan helped me out and was very professional. I had to change my pickup window, and he accommodated me. I could have used a little more feedback as the date approached - I didn't really get a firm pickup date until just a few days before. Apparently, this is normal, and Jordan assured me of this, but it was a little disconcerting because I had been under the impression that I would have more advance notice.

The driver assigned to me was very helpful, but the dispatcher who contacted me was difficult to understand.
