I've never shipped a car before and was overwhelmed when I started getting quotes. Richard called me and I could tell he was an honest person. I told him I wanted a straight shooter, and that's what I got! He kept me informed of the process and never made any promises that he couldn't keep. My car was picked up on the requested day and delivered on the day we predicted. The driver was courteous and we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend Richard and Cascade to others who want a straight shooter!
