I would definitely use Cascade Vehicle again. I have used Cascade Vehicle in the past to ship my car from California to New Jersey. Since I was happy with the delivery last time, I decided to use them again. They are timely and efficient. They were willing to negotiate the cost with me. The customer Service was friendly. They were available and willing to answer my questions. My order # was 6348020. The transport cost was $1145 which even though it sounded high at first, I was under time constraints and it was important to me to have my car picked up at a certain date and dropped off at a certain date. Overall very pleased with Cascade Vehicle's service. My only complaint was that the driver told me he'd be at my house to drop off the car around 3pm and he didn't arrive till 8 pm. I was getting worried about my car and tried calling the offices and the driver and wasn't getting a response because the office had already closed. Everything turned out to be fine, but I did have to sit around for 5 hrs waiting for the car. Cascade Vehicle had made it clear that they couldn't give exact times of delivery, but I was frustrated when the driver said 3pm and then didn't arrive till 5 hrs later.
