I was referred to Cascade by another customer, and Malia did a good job trying to get my shipping price as low as she could. She returned all of my phone calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions. I did get an email from Cascade when my vehicle shipped, but I did not get any contact information on the shipping company, or a phone number for the driver. The van ended up being two days late because of a trailer problem the driver encountered, and I had to call Cascade to track down the trucking dispatcher and then call the driver to find out what was going on. This could have gone a little smoother if they had included the contact information in the original email. Besides that, the driver was fantastic, and the van arrived in great condition. Thanks Cascade!
