I am writing this review "kinda" late, yet Cascade is a great way to ship your car without alot of hassle. My car arrived early without any damage and the transaction was very smooth. The total cost is reasonable due to high gas cost and hotels, now some people just drive straight through and power out 30 plus hours of driving, we are not the those people! I attempted to use another carrier, yet that totally did not work out! The company attempted to charge me even more than the broker's quoted price with strict time limits and if something goes wrong-well you are on your own!

Maria has been very professional and explained the entire process to me because it was my first time shipping a car and I LOVE my car. So turning my car over to strangers was a tough thing to do, yet everything went smooth and when Malia was not available for some questions, the backup team at the company did an excellent job facilitating my questions.

I recently called Malia in a panic this week because I must get back to Ohio ASAP and thought I would need to drive, within 30 minutes Malia had my car on a truck and it will be picked up by Friday (today is only Wednesday)!! That is great service! Now I can relax on a plane and wait for the arrival of my car, I also received a 30 buck discount; hey that is my dinner money on the plane! I will write another review about my experience with the driver.
