Richard at Cascade was definitely a customer-service-man. He was honest about what to expect and didn't hide anything. He called often while my car was in transit and made sure I was happy as a customer. Cascade also sent plenty of emails to update me.

As a side note, my delivery was late because it was not delivered on the promised day. But that was more of a problem with the carrier.

I would use Cascade again.
