I worked with Kimberly to get my car shipped out from the Seattle port to Honolulu's. We went over pick-up options vs me driving my car to the port itself in Seattle, and decided to go with the latter. Kimberly was great help and always returned my calls and emails promptly. My car apparently arrived early to the docks in Honolulu, but due to a personal matter I actually have had to leave Hawaii all together and go back home to Washington.

Kimberly was eager to help be find the lowest price for me to simply do a return shipment at half the cost. After investigating thoroughly, she discovered it would be extra for me to go through a broker again rather than deal directly with Matson. I have worked in customer service for years, and this takes it to a whole new level for me. Kimberly was adamant about taking care of my needs, even if that meant for her to step back and for me to go another route. How many companies can you think of that invest thoughtfulness and consideration into their clients, even if that means not obtaining a new business transaction? I can only think of Cascade Vehicle Shipping!

I HIGHLY recommend going through this company, as they generally care and are there to assist you when life does it's unexpected twists and jerks. Kimberly is genuine and professional, and also so very kind. THANK YOU KIMBERLY!
