I have never shipped a vehicle before in my life. So when my son needed his truck sent to New York, i got on the Internet to research vehicle transport. I was overwhelmed with the many carriers and choices available and didn't even know where to begin. The thought of trusting my son's vehicle to a stranger was concerning to me and as i started to research carriers, i was not impressed with the variations in pricing, and details as well as not being sure the carriers had the appropriate licenses and insurance. When i found Don at Cascade Vehicle Shipping - all that changed. He was upfront and honest and he walked me through the entire process. He communicated with me regularly through email and phone calls and provided a level of customer service i was not expecting to receive. The truck arrived as planned and i would use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again and i will refer them to others i know. There is no reason to use any other provider.
