Diane was great to work with, and we were not easy customers. The only wrinkle in the whole experience was the fact that the driver who came and picked up the vehicle in Claifornia was of Russian descent, and spoke/understood very little English. He got lost trying to find the address, in spite of directions on a couple of different occasions. He showed up on the promised day--only 12 hours late. It was difficult for my wife to dialog with him over the vehicle condition and how to document it, before he took it. That said, it showed up in Anchorage a week earlier than estimated--which was perfect for us. Thanks Diane, we'd use Cascade again.
