I found Richard Stelloh to be very responsive. Most times he picked the phone when I called and when I got voice mail he returned my call within 15 minutes. The process worked exactly as Richard explained and the car was actually picked up earlier than I expected. The driver was also very good to work with, very friendly and the truck was very clean. I would absolutely recommend Richard and your company again. You weren't the cheapest ($921) but I do not have time for hassle or aggravation. As my wife repeatedly tells me "You get what you pay for!" and we received great service, on-time pickup and delivery and NO ISSUES!!!! The car was picked up in Scottsale, AZ on Tuesday morning and delivered to Orange City, Iowa on Thursday evening. The timing of delivery was right on. Richard provided outstanding customer service and I would not hesitate to provide his name to my friends and associates.
