The whole process was extremely disorganized. My initial contact left, and it appeared that no one picked up the ball. I called many times, and out of the numerous promised return calls, only one was returned. They quoted me one price but entered another higher price in their system, which resulted in a larger bill than promised. I could go on......

Jim, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It can be very difficult to jump into an order that someone else set up. Apologies if everyone was not on the same page as far as the increases that you had authorized to get the vehicle picked up out in the tri-cities, which is a bit off the beaten path.
