Phiet, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. You car shipped for $815, which was exactly the amount you were quoted for your shipment. I agreed to start $100 dollars lower with the understanding on your part that in all reality, the car would probably move for a price closer to the one I originally quoted you. When I gave you the OPTION to have a driver take your car for $815, YOU accepted this price. The $100 dollars off the quoted price was not a discount but was an attempt to save you money with the understanding that this price may not move the vehicle. I guess sometimes going above and beyond to try and save a customer money and still moving a vehicle within a few days of an order at exactly the price quoted can still net you a 3 star review for 5 star service.
