I was looking for a specific car and as it turned out the best choice (and price) was found in Akron, OH - I'm located in San Diego. I purchased the car but had a second challenge - I needed to get the car delivered by a certain date as I was using it for my family 3 week road trip vacation.

I put some information into an online quote website - I got 10's of emails and calls back. It was hard to distinguish one shipping broker from another - they all sounded genuine, experienced and professional. I decided to do some looking around in the internet for reviews to check out the feedback on some of these companies. I found the Transport Reviews site and decided to contact 3 that were higher on the list and nearer my timezone.

Of the three or four brokers that called me back I found Richard to be the most transparent about the underlying process. He explained how shipping works and how the drivers/shippers evaluate which car to pick-up where and when. This ultimately sold me on Richard.

Overall the experience was great - the vehicle was picked up within 3 days of the initial listing and delivered in 3 days. Richard was responsive via both phone and email during that time.

For all these reasons I solidly endorse Richard Stelloh and Cascade Shipping.
