This is the first time I have used this company to move my vehicle. Overall, the service and dealings with the company were satisfactory. The price was competitive. There appeared to be some confusion in the time of the pickup as there were two Cascade reps that called me the week of the pickup with different times for the pickup. However, the vehicle was picked up without incident. This review is limited to Cascade and excludes the carrier that was selected for moving my vehicle.

malia@cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898 - Melanie, thank you for the review. The carrier's give us an estimate of pick up and delivery and we pass this information on to you, as their estimate. I was the only rep that called you from Cascade, the carrier/driver was the second contact, not a rep from Cascade. He is the one who nails down the more concise pickup time. Thank you.
