Cars-r-us is a great transport service and I would recommend them to anyone in need of transport. I am a U.S Army soldier who was in a frustrating predicament. A while back I ran into problems with my '73 Nova while stationed in huntsville, Alabama. When the tornadoes tore through the area in April 2011, the shop on post where I personally could do the necessary work to get it out of here was damaged to the point it never re-opened(due to the closure of military operations and relocation to Virginia). Then orders came down on May25th that i was to be stationed in korea July 1st, and I had to get the car out of Alabama by June 9. I then had 3 options: sell my baby, have a mechanic do the work for an outrageous price, or ship it home to the Tampa area to my parents house. Because I was so busy with my duties I had my uncle search for a company with a reasonable quote. He got me in contact with Mike at Cars-r-us with a quote of $450. The soonest a driver came available for Alabama to florida was June 6(no fault to cars r us). When the driver got in contact with me he did not know the car didn't run and had no wench so he refused to pick it up. So with only 3 days left to evacuate my vehicle I franticly called Mike and told him the driver was a no-go. Mike then personally went to war on the phone to get a new driver. Thanks to his hard work and superb customer service a new driver had picked up my car within 24 hours on June 7 at 1700hrs. My '73 Nova was in the driveway of my parents house by 1000hrs the next morning, June 8(coincidentally my 20th birthday). Although the total price increased to $525, it was worth it due to the outstanding customer service, also given my unique situation. Cars r us did a great deal to help this soldier out of a tight spot. I'm positive they would have done the same for anyone in any situation. I highly recommend their services and I guarantee you will be satisfied with the results. I'll never forget all Mike at Cars r us did to make it happen.
