We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our service. Unfortunately, enclosed transports are almost double the amount of a transport on an open carrier. That additional amount goes entirely to the carrier so we have absolutely no interest in charging you more for your transport. We offer prices that are fair to both the carrier and the customer. The carrier we assigned your transport to picked up and delivered on the exact dates we provided to you at the time of dispatch. We could have provided you with an update on where you vehicle was located any given moment during the transport by simply picking up the phone and calling the driver. That is something we would have been happy to do had you just asked. Our customer service team is entirely dedicated to providing our customers with updates at any point from the time an order is placed.
