Beth was professional, friendly and had a sense of humor (appreciated). Told us all relevant information (charges, timing of drop off/pick up etc), explained how transport process worked. She understood how important it was to pick up the vehicle asap and though not as immediate to drop off, she gave us a 2-3 day window. Called back to confirm all and gave us the carrier's driver's name and phone number. The next day we called the driver(Harry) to get an estimate of when he'd arrive in the area. To our astonishment he said he could pick up the next day or sooner as he was about an hour away from us. He arrived within an hour and a half, loaded the vehicle was cheerful and friendly and was on his way in 15 minutes. He advised us he might be able to deliver the vehicle by the next afternoon or the day after and would let us know once closer to the destination. The next day around noon Harry called and said he'd just delivered the vehicle, all went fine. We couldn't believe how efficiently, quickly, and smoothly it all went from beginning to end. While our experience may or may not be the norm, we sayl" Hats off to Carmoza!!" We recommend them on the highest professional level.
