While this customer undoubtedly had a bad personal experience with the carrier who delivered her vehicle, Carmoza had used the carrier in question 10 times prior without incident. Additionally, over the past three years this carrier had received a total of 147 positive reviews on Central Dispatch and only a single negative review. While this carrier (and all carriers used by Carmoza) had been appropriately pre-screened relative to licensing, insurance and prior customer satisfaction, in this particular case they disappointed the customer and failed to meet the quality standards we expect of them. Carmoza has issued a full refund to the customer, apologized for the actions of the carrier, and appropriately noted this incident in our carrier database.
