Although we appreciate receiving feedback from our customers, this review was both offensive and inaccurate. We checked into James complaint and found that a new sales employee had mistakenly mis-quoted Mike's transport and this made it difficult for us to find a carrier quickly. That was our honest mistake and we will take full responsibility for it. The sales rep on this order is an outstanding individual who makes every effort to create a positive experience for his customers. We strive to quote our transports accurately, but if we do happen to under-quote, those additional funds we occasionally have to request go directly to the carrier, not Carmoza, so we have no interest in raising the price. We aim to negotiate a fair price for both the customer and the carrier so that we can deliver on our promise to safely deliver our customers' vehicles in a timely fashion, however, sometimes we are off in our original estimation. Our customer service representatives did contact Mike to let them know that we needed to increase the carrier pay and later, when he opted to cancel his order, we issued a credit for his entire deposit. Our customers' satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so we are obviously disappointed by this review, however, we do have thousands of extremely happy customers and we understand that we cannot please everyone!
