This was the first time I used a service to transport my car between states. Out of several companies interviewed by me, I felt that Maria was by far the most upfront, honest and personable individual I spoke with. She explained how the service worked, explained why certain promises could not be made And kept, she did not ask for a deposit "to hold a spot" until she knew she had a trucker who would do the job in the time frame I needed it done. The trucking company introduced by Maria did a good job too. They showed up when they said they would and kept in touch with me to give me updates as needed. One thing you should keep in mind is that if you have your vehicle transported in the open trailer, it Will get dirty - especially if the weather is bad. But then, if you drove it yourself through snow and rain, wouldn't you expect that the car will be dirty? Some things to me seem to be common sense. I took the the car to a car wash when I got it and there were no issues as far as I'm concerned that it got dirty in the transport. I would highly recommend working with Carbone Auto Transport and would deal with Maria again if / when I need this kind of service again.
