I had originally hired another company and they took my deposit and promised a pick up to be scheduled within 7 days. After 10 days nothing had been done. Maria had contacted me and warned me about companies that take a deposit and then sit on it. She was right. I fired the first company and then Maria arranged delivery. The transport company was great. The driver even offered to wash off the car upon delivery because they had driven through snow and it had salt residue all over it. Maria stayed in touch through the entire proccess and it went off without a hitch. Do not hesitate to use Carbone Auto Transport. They will treat you right.
