Very Impressive!!!!

My only gripe.....was that car was picked up the morning after.....and even that was not a big deal at all...as Vincent did keep me in the loop and I was prepared for it by him at time of the booking. Vincent's knowledge of the business, attention to detail, promptness, professionalism and bottom up approach in attempting to save me money really did work and he will fight tooth and nail when neg'ing with these carriers. He explained to me that this is a market place, just like any other market place, subject to the wisdom of the crowds....price to low the market bids it up.....to high the market bids it down......he said to think of as a moving target in a sliding scale...boy was he right !!!!! Will use him again, again and again...so will all my friends, family and co-workers Finally an intelligent guy working in a business that mostly has HS grads and or South Florida scammers and liars. Vincent's background of finance, operations, accounting and market analysis, came into play in an insurmountable way and when speaking to other broker houses it was a no brainier for me to conclude just that as well.
