I would say this company outperformed most in my case. I had a difficult town in Arizona to pick up from and this company got right on the case whereas others had let me down and I got rid of them. The driver was so courteous and respectful and he helped me feel so much better about the whole ordeal. The dispatcher contacted me promptly after I contacted them and they did not charge me a very big fee upon pick-up. This was a great transaction! I hope I can use them again in the future.
