Well James at Car Transport Express is making me eat my words (see my review posted 4/22/11). I received an e-mail and follow-up call from James apologizing for the over charge. They promptly refunded the difference back to my account. They did the right thing and I must say, I would utilize their service in the future. All in all, it was handled professionally. That you James, for honoring the agreement and making it right.
