My husband and I purchased a vehicle in the latter part of last year and have been trying to have it brought to Canada since then. We had originally gone with another company, but after 2 1/2 months of waiting we switched to Car Transport Express. I would like to make it clear that the only reason we didn't go with Car Transport Express in the first place, was because of their geographical location. Always trust your instincts...When we found it necessary to jump ship and find another carrier, Chuck, whom I had dealt with before was simply amazing. With no more than a rueful chuckle, he simply took note of all the information and started work on making it happen for us right away. Unfortunately, we had to pay $200.00 more than his initial quote due to increased fuel costs and higher toll charges in New York but both of these reasons were valid to us. Within 24 hours he had given us a possible pick up date. Our vehcile was physically picked up and on its' way to us within 6 days of speaking with Chuck. George, the dispatcher (whom I might add, was very patient with a customer who was very distrustful of the transport industry) was professional, courteous and very reliable in informing us of what was happening with our vehcile on an almost daily basis. He explained that the trip was a 7-10 day journey and he was right on!!! As of ths morrning, exactly 10 days from pick up, we have our long-awaited vehicle.
So, huge THANK YOU! to all of your at Car Transport Express. You were amazing and I wouldn't even dream of using anyone else again. We will be using you for our next vehcile transport in a few months.
