I was nervous transporting my car from S. FL to TX. Neil answered all of my questions and was very empathetic. I was very difficult with them after speaking with an unfamiliar voice but soon after, I was able to get in contact with Neil and he reassured me that everything would be fine. And it was. I was not present when my car was picked up and dropped off but there were no complaints from the family. My car made it to TX about two hours before me getting there. Just in time. I hated the thought of leaving my car and my belongings in the hands of a stranger but they did a really great job and was able to answer questions. This is a direct company that used TopLine for my transport service and I had no issues. Plus you don't have to worry about multiple drivers touching your car. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs it. Especially for my fellow Control freaks.
