The car was picked up on the same day I made the call - the whole process was pretty smooth. The driver met me at a nearby Walmart, and picked the car up at 10PM after a thorough inspection. The original estimate given to me was 6 days, but it took the car 7 days to get to Texas - which is okay, considering the fact that the car was picked up on the same day I made the call to transport it! All in all, I know who I'm calling the next time I need to transport a car :)
