Following a bad broker experience, I was able to cancel that contract and called Raphael at Car Transport Express who had previously given me a quote to have a car moved for my daughter. He was very sympathetic, very reassuring, and I gave him the go ahead on a Friday afternoon. He gave me a Tuesday/Wednesday pick-up window for the following week which pleased me immensely. A driver was actually in the area on Monday, but we weren't prepared for such expedience so they scheduled another driver for Tuesday as originally planned. Car was picked up on Tuesday in the northern panhandle of West Virginia and delivered the next day in Missouri. So for having given him the go ahead late on Friday afternoon, a Wednesday delivery the following week was simply amazing to me. And it probably could have been Tuesday if the pick-up contact had not been out of town Monday.
My expectations were more than exceeded and I highly recommend them. No waiting for a driver to bite on a broker's bid. Just excellent service and very reasonably priced. Raphael gave me excellent customer service and I would advise anyone to go to him when they need a vehicle moved promptly.
