Jeff Traylor seemed totally honest but my car still sits where it sat when I signed the contract with this company on July 19.
He gave me a quote to get the security deposit I suppose, his comrade, Anthony Banks, did the dirty work of calling me the following week with a quote $200 over what Jeff told me.
I told them I agreed on the price quoted, please wait for cheaper one.
Since then, Jeff has become a ghost to me, aside from one e-mail where he told me "No driver is willing to bring it for the price you want to pay", which is infuriating as he was the one who called me up cold and quoted it to me.
Of course, he quickly took the $150 from my credit card, but very slow to do anything else.
Right now, I only want my deposit back, to put toward actually getting my car here, but cannot reach these people and they will not return my calls or messages.
Anthony told me Jeff's supervisor is a man named Edward Williams, but I am begining to fear that this man is a phantom also. If he is real, he does not return messages.
What's also disconcerting is that they no longer even list their numbers on their website, I had to go through old emails to find the numbers.
