I was searching for a company that I could trust to get my car to where I needed it to be and this company was capable of that. I trusted them and they delivered…
However, the low review is due to the fact they did not get my car to me in the time originally agreed upon. It was days after the agreed upon date. There was a major lack of communication on when my car when being picked up, transported, and delivered. Nobody had answers. It wasn’t until they finalized it all that the actual transporter apologized for things they had no control over. In addition my car had had quite a few new scratches when it got to me. I wish there was a greater sense of communication and customer reassurance with this whole process
