i emailed this company because i was going to new york just to get my car shipped. i contacted them 10 days before my trip and asked if I could get a specific pick up and was told not a problem. In fact i was told by Barry not a problem - don't worry we are working on it. They didn't work on it. The 4 days I was available came and went and they never arranged for the transport, never contact me to tell they couldn't arrange. When I contacted them at the last minute they told me that instead of the 685.00 they quoted me it would be 800 and they still didn't know if they could arrange it. Totally dropped the ball while constantly telling me not to worry. They never called and told me they couldn't do it, never told me in time it would cost more and I would never trust them and will never contact them again. A disaster.
