The vehicle was inoperative and without windows and with parts inside needing to be secured. The driver made adequate notification, arrived as promised and loaded the car and secured it with the tarp provided. Transport was expeditious and upon delivery, the driver took great care in off loading the vehicle to a flat bed truck. He was patient, helpful and courteous. The experience was without any problems and all parties in the chain competently executed their duties.
