Never ever do business with Caronatruck

Here is the brief summary: a) Placed an order to move my two cars from Walnut Creek, California to Columbus, OH on 20th Dec. During discussion with Sales person, I clearly mentioned that my cars need to be picked up before 29th of DEc 2006 and sales person responded back saying "That should not be a problem.". I would have never booked the car with this company if I had to pay additional 400 USD for 2 cars to be just picked up before 29th Dec. b) Till 28th Dec, the company didn't notify me whether they will be picking up the car or not even after repeated follow up. I always got message that they are working on it. c) I canceled my order on 28th Dec, and had to ship my car thru another vendor which was all at the last minute causing me lot of stress and pain. I asked the company to make full refund of the amount but they mentioned of the contract which has a clause that if one cancels the contract after making the car available, one has to pay USD 100 per car and hence they will deduct 200 USD from my payment for doing nothing. d) On 28th Dec, I was told that my money will be credited back to my account within 7-10 business days. e) Upon repeated follow up, my money not full money was refunded on 20th of Jan 2007. I have to pay to my credit card in the statement as the refund was not processed on time. g) The company clearly defaulted on what it mentioned while taking the booking i.e "That shall not be problem", the company didn't refund money on time causing serious financial problems for me to manage. I have chain of the emails to prove all the points above. This company is not operating ethically and creating troubles for the consumers. Their contract doesn't specify stipulated time when car will be picked up and how much time it will take to transport the car. There is no number to reach out to customer service of the company except thru email which is one way communication. They can take orders and not pick up the car when customer cancels the order, charge for cancellation and don't refund the money on time. In my mind, they are white collar criminals who knows what they are doing very clearly and doing it with their full knowledge.
