I guess I'm more patient than most. I placed an order for a cross-country move over a month ago. They will not respond unless you email them. Thankfully I only put down the $250 deposit which is rumored to be refundable if they can't schedule you in 15 business days. This delay has definitely caused me personal inconvenience. They keep telling me it usually doesn't take this long. Right! I think they have one guy with an old Chevy van and a U-Haul car carrier. Wish I had researched this site earlier.
