I was pleased with the process from start to finish. Tyler, who provided the quote, Pam, the dispatcher, and Jim, the driver (MDZ Trucking, LLC), were all very courteous and professional. Our vehicle was scheduled for pick up on the date that I entered as first available, and it was delivered in the morning on the estimated delivery date. The family member who signed for the vehicle at the drop off point noted that everything looked good to her.
