After having my first attempt at an auto transport be cancelled at the last minute, I was wary of the industry. This already being my state of mind due to so many unscrupulous companies within the moving industry in general. I used the resources available to me both professionally and online and thoroughly looked into Car-Go prior to utilizing their services. But I wasn't going to be satisfied until I literally did an on-site inspection of their offices. A great thank you to Deanna for all of her time and accomodation, not only in making my reservation, but also to make sure I felt secure in using their services. She answered all of my questions, allowed me the time to view their facility, and arranged a timely pickup of my car. Benjamin was my very professional transport driver, he stayed in contact with me both prior to and during transit, and the transit time and delivery date were accurate. My car arrived in perfect shape, and I can truly say I am more than pleased with the service I received from Car-Go. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.
