Stay Away, This Is Broker Company...(Revised)

A NOTE TO ADD:The original review is below, 1 day after I submitted the review, I received an email from transportreviews.com, it was saying the company denies that I was not a customer so review is not valid and removed from the website, I immediately sent bills,documents.. etc.. and as of today (02.08.18)my review was accepted I couldn't pass to add that part to the review.
I dont know where to start,
I was looking for companies, checked reviews and decided to move with this company, once we agreed with John, my credit card charged immediately because this is their portion,
the car was picked up on 18th of January and delivery time was 23rd of January, from that moment, asked John to track the driver that I can make arrangement accordingly, he never told me the location of the driver, with huge effort, I was able to find dispatcher, she sent me drivers number, but guess what? this f...g driver doesn't even speak a word of English... I was told to be at delivery place by 25th of January, 11 AM, but the driver shown up 4 pm, 5 hours I was there and stupidly waiting and did not even go to eat to not to miss delivery..not one or 2 hours.. 53 hours delay... if you are on a kind of schedule, think about it
over all it came up to 2 extra days of rental, 2 lost business days I am on a tip based job, imagine it is another loss..
I was able speak to owner of the trucking company( DAM AUTO...some shit extension) with his 1/4 of English, all he was doing an Apology...
so, I suggest to be careful when you choosing, these brokering guys are all over the country, once they are done their part dont give a shit..
Order company is different,
dispatcher is different
trucking company is different,
and finally good luck with driver if you are able communicate.
