We operate as a carrier company, this company Capstone Auto Transport then hires Owner Operators to transport loads they receive and after dispatching an order to our driver, they assured in the order that they would cover the additional amount for the load. Despite delivering the order to the client the following day as promised, they failed to honor their commitment made during the dispatch. If you are considering this transport company, be aware that they do not consistently uphold their promises to the individuals responsible for transporting your vehicle to and from your desired location. It's important to note that they have been dishonest and unreliable. Before deciding to engage with such individuals, take into account the possibility that if they can deceive and mislead the people handling your valuable vehicle, there may be concerns about the integrity of their dealings with you as a customer.
