Scammers!!! Please do not use them!!!

I honestly dod not even know where to begin. My husband and I were moving from KY to Fl. We shopped around for a company to ship our vehicle. I searched the internet and received several telephone calls. We were on a time crunch, so I happened to contact the first facility that left a message. Unfortunately, it happened to be Capitol Transportation and Logistics. I spoke with Max Williams and of course to get my business, he was very polite. He explained that they needed a $150 deposit and then would collect the remaining balance of $375 once our Jeep was delivered. So, they scheduled a p/u for a Weds. and we had planned on moving that Sat. He promised that the vehicle would be transported and delivered to our new home no later then 2 days. To make a long story short, they never showed up or communicated with us the where about of their "so called" driver. We grew very impatient and cancelled the order on Friday. Of course I contacted them regarding our refund and they said to allow 30 days. It never was refunded. I called multiple times after that and eventually they began to ignore my calls. They would literally not answer the phone, then it would go to vm and say the mil box is full. Yeah full of complaints I am sure!!!I have written a letter and check my credit card acct. non stop. it has been 5 months and still nothing! This is not a reputable company. They are only out to steal your money. I don't even believe that they have any drivers affiliated with them. Please DO NOT trust these ppl!!! They will scam you!!!
